Can't upload any photos/videos anymore to any site + help crashes, what to do?

Lately I can't drag/add any images to my google drive or upload any images to other sites such as SquareSpace. (no problem on Safari) Also when I go to the help center and click on TroubleShooting Firefox just crashes.
