My outgoing emails do not show up in Sent Mail anymore.
Until a week ago all my Sent Mail appeared correctly in Sent Mail folder. Now it no longer appears. I can't figure out what settings have been changed.
My sent mail now shows only in All Mail

I assume you are using gmail and an imap mail account.
Setting should say this: 'Tools' > 'Account Settings' > 'Copies & Folders' for imap mail account or right clickon mail account name in Folder pane and select 'Settings' then select : 'Copies & Folders' for imap mail account
When sending messages, automatically: uncheck 'Place a copy in' click on OK
gmail automatically puts Sent items in the gmail Sent Mail folder. So you do not need to actually select it.
Make sure you are subscribed to see the gmail Sent Mail folder.
