I have had my email CONFIRMED and can't sign into Mozilla please help what is going on

I have my [email address removed] account confirmed but can't sign into Mozilla what is going on, I enter my gmail to do password reset and nothing shows up in my gmail inbox or anywhere else, AND YES EVERTHING IS SYNCED!
