hello, this won't be possible with the 6015X, it was produced for the european market and its hardware only supports the UMTS bands 900/2100. according to https://firefoxosdevices.org/en/alcatel-one-touch-fire-e/ there would be another variant of the phone (6015A) which supports your 3g bands...
