WhatsApp is not supported by Firefox OS however, there are apps that support WhatsApp where you can use WhatsApp on it. Also, you can try to put Google Play on the device at your own risk however, it is not supported by Mozilla.

Try to use OPENWAPP, CONNECTA2 or LOQUIM. My personal favorite is openwapp!
