I was trying to reset my symphony Firefox OS. It restarts. I thought reset is finished and to replace a sim i removed the battery. Since then it opens but display a blue screen with the writing Firefox OS. Can it be reset or fixed through computer or boot menu or in any other way?

Hi, if you are using linux you can run "adb reboot recovery" to do a factory reset of your phone. Or if you just want to reboot it, run "adb reboot".

You just have to make sure adb is installed on your computer (see your system documentation or web to know where to get the package), then connect your Open C to your computer, remember to have USB debug enabled on your phone, then open a terminal on linux, and write the command I said

How can he/she turn on/off USB Debugging option from Firefox OS settings when it cannot be turned on?

Oh...I didn't think about that. I don't really know how to enable it from the computer. Maybe there's something on the adb's documentation

Can you try to hold the power button with either the volume button up/down (try them both) and see which one will bring you to a recovery screen? You should be able to perform a reset again, and hopefully the results will be better.
