Mozilla does not have the resources to have a call center for phone, email or chat for all of the Mozilla products and projects.

There is this support forum https://support.mozilla.org/questions/, the newsgroups, irc.mozilla.org and the popular independent forums.mozillazine.org forum.

Why bother, you did not, and cannot solve my problem. Another ISP has phone access and they resolved your problem. I have removed Mozilla from my computer. thanks for nothing.
