How do I move addresses and files from yahoo mail to thunderbird?

Need to move all information from yahoo mail to thunderbird. Import does not give that option.

Set up your account in TB as POP or IMAP (recommended):

Start from File/New/Existing Mail Account.

Export your contacts from Yahoo:

https://help.yahoo.com/kb/export-yahoo-contacts-sln22580.html

then, in TB Tools/Import...Address books... choose the file type exported by Yahoo... select the file.
