Chosen solution

From the menu bar select View-Headers and set it to Normal instead of All.

The mail system generates all this info and not Thunderbird FYI.

If I forward an email the tracking information is included on the forwarded email. If I reply to an email, the information is not displayed (shown) on the email. We have not been able to find a way to hide this information as it was in the past and is for our other users ?

SOLVED ! :) Thank you very much for your help :) HC

I also have this problem but when I go into view there is no option of Headers, so I'm not able to tell it normal. Any ideas. Hush
