HI Luetke, I understand that there is a lost bookmarks, currently there is not a phone number for support. However in order to search for all bookmarks that are missing the starting point for troubleshooting is here: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks

Please post back with the results and we will be able to further troubleshoot.
