.htm offline webpage saved made with microsoft office. Arrows not supported by firefox

As per title.

In office you can easily make an arrow simply pushing in this exact order "-->" or "<--".

I have lots of .htm files saved with microsoft word which they use this arrow.

This arrows are not supported in Android firefox.

I study on this documents so it would be great to have them correctly displayed.

Another little problem is the "list" function. The dots in the list elements in android firefox appears changed with funny simbols.
