HI, To add a bookmark folder try these steps:

  1. Use a desktop to create a profile and create folders here. Right click on the bookmark toolbar and create a new folder.
  2. Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account
  3. Once set up attach the account to the mobile device and sync.
  4. Manage future folders on the mobile device from the desktop device.
