Is there a way to mark a message as Urgent?

I'd like to be able to mark a message as "Urgent", as is available in Microsoft products.

In the write window, on its menu, there is Options|Priority.

I think you are at the mercy of the recipient's client to recognize and act on the header item this inserts.
