Why does Mozilla Firefox have lots of cool Themes (full) but only a limited few work on my version of Firefox?

Themes are created by 3rd party developers, not by Firefox. Due to unfamiliarity with the new UI and a lot of dissatisfaction with the new UI which makes creating a full theme harder, a lot of developers haven't updated their themes for Firefox 29 and later versions, or have quit doing themes.
