I am using the Comcast version of their email program. I'd like to use Thunderbird and have set up the account which is importing mail. Can I bring over my Comcast address book?

you will need to use comcasts export to CSV or LDIf option. (I know they do CSV but LDIF is better if they have it)

Then in Thunderbirds address book import the file.
