Windows 10 S does not allow the installation of Firefox or other apps from outside of the Microsoft Store. See [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023899/windows-10-s-apps-not-install Microsoft support].

To install Firefox, Microsoft requires you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Afterwards, visit the [https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/new/?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=support.mozilla.org Firefox download page] to install Firefox.
