  1. Click this Refresh Firefox link directly, if you are viewing this page in Firefox. This link won't work if you are using a different browser or a mobile device, and it may not work in some Firefox profiles.
    • If the above link doesn't work in Firefox, there's a Refresh Firefox button at the top of the Troubleshooting Information (about:support) page, which you can use instead.
  2. To continue, click Refresh Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
  3. Firefox will close to refresh itself. When finished, a window will list your imported information.
  4. Click the Finish button. Firefox will open. Select whether you want Firefox to restore all or some windows and tabs and click the Let's go! button.

Note: There's a Refresh Firefox button in the Firefox Troubleshoot ModeSafe Mode window, if you can't start Firefox normally. You can also do a manual refresh by creating a new profile and transferring your important data to the new profile.
