  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information.At the top of the Firefox window, click the Firefox button, go over to the Help sub-menu and select Troubleshooting Information.On the menu bar, click the Help menu and select Troubleshooting Information.

    If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.

  1. Click this Refresh Firefox button directly, if you are viewing this page in Firefox (it won't work if you are using a different browser or on a mobile device). You will also find a Refresh Firefox button on the top right corner of the Firefox about:support Troubleshooting Information page.

Note: There's also a Refresh Firefox Reset Firefox button in the Firefox Safe Mode window, if you can't start Firefox normally.
