Hubs allows you to create virtual worlds to connect with people and share content during your meetings and virtual events, without the need to install any applications on your computer. The free demo version of Hubs is available at no cost and does not require an account. A subscription to Hubs allows users to have their own completely customizable Hub. You will need to create a Mozilla account to sign up.

Common questions
Is there a free trial that I can use to see if a Hubs Subscription is right for me?
For now, we recommend creating a room on Hubs Demo at hubs.mozilla.com/demo to see if Hubs is a good fit for your community or event.
I’m a current Hubs user – do I need to transition to a Mozilla account in order to subscribe?
You will need a Mozilla account if you would like to subscribe to have your own Hub. If you would like to visit an existing Hub or Mozilla's Hubs Demo, you do not need to register for a Mozilla account.
Is there a minimum subscription term?
No. You’ll be billed monthly for your Hub and can cancel at any time to avoid being charged for future months. When you cancel your subscription, all of the data associated with your Hub will be deleted as well, so you can rest assured that your information is safe.
If I subscribe to Hubs will my rooms, scenes, and content on hubs.mozilla.com carry over?
Not automatically. We are considering tools that make exporting and importing content into Hubs easier. If you have avatars and scenes that you have created, you can import them to your new Hub by following these steps.
What will happen to my rooms, scenes and avatars on hubs.mozilla.com?
At this time, we will keep hubs.mozilla.com as it exists today up and running, but we do plan to change our data retention policies for hubs.mozilla.com in the future to remove old content that is no longer in use. If you would like to stay informed about upcoming changes, sign up for the mailing list on hubs.mozilla.com, or keep an eye on the #announcements channel in the Hubs Discord.
What if I need more people on my Hub?
If you require dedicated infrastructure, a custom interface, or are coordinating a large event, and wish to learn more about our business plan, please contact hubs@mozilla.com.
