David Tenser, from Eskilstuna in Sweden, is the director of support at Mozilla and responsible for SUMO. He had started the first Firefox help website in 2002 and is now managing the team of the official support website to deliver the best possible help to Firefox users all over the world. He is djst on IRC and the forums.
Cheng Wang, from Mountain View in California, is SUMO's metrics guru. He tries hard to squeeze as much information as possible from the data we get on SUMO to help the developers with improving Firefox. He is cww on IRC and the forums.
Matthew Middleton, from Columbus in Ohio, is the Live Chat expert and administrator at SUMO. Sometimes he helps 400 people a week on his own, but he prefers company and so does our lively Live Chat community he is leading. He is zzxc on IRC and in the forums.
Kadir Topal, from Duisburg in Germany, is the community manager at SUMO. He welcomes new SUMO members and shows them around and thinks hard about ways to improve life for contributors. Michael Verdi, from San Antonio in Texas, is the SUMO tech editor and resident video artist.
