With Firefox you can sync saved logins across devices by using Firefox Lockwise and your Firefox Account. Then if enabled login data can be autofilled when you are visiting a saved site that has a saved login. Learn more about how to change these settings.

Enable/disable saved logins

  1. Tap the menu button android menu icon
    Menu button - Template:menupreview
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Logins and passwords in the General section.
  4. Tap Save logins and passwordsSave passwords.
  5. Choose one of the following:
    • Ask to save - Allows you to choose which logins to save.
    • Never save - Will not save logins nor prompt you
Tip Turn on autofill to automatically fill in your saved logins when you visit a website.

View and edit saved logins

These includes logins you've saved while using Firefox as well as synced logins from Firefox on other devices.

  1. Tap the menu button android menu icon
    Menu button - Template:menupreview
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Logins and passwords in the General section.
  4. Tap Saved logins. You may need to enter your device password to view the saved login data.
  5. Tap on any of the logins on the list to view or copy it.
  6. Tap on the trash can icon to delete the selected login.

Sync logins

Turning on this option lets you access your logins across all synced devices.

  1. Tap the menu button android menu icon
    Menu button - Template:menupreview
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Select Logins and passwords in the General section.
  4. Tap Sync logins.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to pair your device via a QR code or by email login.
  6. You can view when the last sync occurred, the device name and also choose what data to sync.
