Firefox for Android makes it easy to share things on the web using the share menu item, reader mode and by bumping together two devices that support NFC. This article explains how it works.

=How do I Share using the menu?=
To share things you find on the web, go to that website and: 

#Tap the {button Menu} button [[Template:AndroidMenuLocation]] and then tap {button Settings} (on some phones you may need to tap {button More} first).

=How do I Share in Reader Mode?=

To share things in Reader mode: 

#Tap the [[Image:readinglist4]] icon and choose the app that you want to share with.

=How do I share using NFC?=
{note}Only a few newer Andoid devices support NFC.{/note}
# In Android settings, under {button Wireless & Network} tap {button More...} and then check the box next to "NFC".
# To share a URL, touch the back of the device you are sharing the link ''from'' to the back of the device you are sharing ''to'' and then tap {button Touch to beam} on the device you are sharing the link ''from''.

Firefox for Android makes it easy to share things on the web using the share menu item, reader mode and by bumping together two devices that support NFC. This article explains how it works.

Note: This applies to the latest Firefox for Android Beta version which can be downloaded from mozilla.org/mobile/beta.

To share things you find on the web, go to that website and:

Tap the Menu button (either at the bottom right on some devices or in the upper right of the browser) and then tap Settings (on some phones you may need to tap More first).
Tap the Share button to share.

To share things in Reader mode:

Tap the icon and choose the app that you want to share with.

Only a few newer Andoid devices support NFC.

In Android settings, under Wireless & Network tap More... and then check the box next to "NFC".
To share a URL, touch the back of the device you are sharing the link from to the back of the device you are sharing to and then tap Touch to beam on the device you are sharing the link from.
