Contact support from Monitor

Go to monitor.mozilla.org.
On the top right side of your screen select your profile picture.
Select Contact us from the dropdown menu.
Fill out the form and click the Send button.

Contact support from SUMO

Visit the Mozilla Monitor Knowledge base and click the Get Support banner that appears at the bottom of the page.
In the Mozilla Monitor Solutions page, click Contact Support in the banner to the right.

You'll be prompted to sign in with your Mozilla account to be able to submit questions or contact support. Fill in the Contact Support form. Click Submit.
