You can cancel your subscription to Mozilla VPN at any time. Canceling your VPN subscription will turn off auto-renew and the VPN will stop working when your subscription period ends.

Canceling your subscription will not delete your Firefox account.

Visit your subscription settings on the Firefox accounts page. You can also access this page through the VPN app:

  1. Open Mozilla VPN.
  2. Click (or tap) Settings (the gear vpn settings icon icon in the top right corner).
  3. Select your username or profile.
  4. The panel that opens next displays more details about your subscription.
  5. Click (or tap) Manage subscription at the bottom.
  6. Your Firefox accounts subscription page will open.
  7. Click (or tap) Cancel next to Mozilla VPN to cancel your subscription.
Note: If you purchased the Mozilla VPN subscription through an app market (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), your purchase is subject to that app market's rules. Follow the steps in the links below to request a refund on each platform:
