Hi <username> Thank you for your question. Currently in version 33, Firefox has implemented a new structure for loading webpages to decrease page load time. This new OMTC feature loads pictures and content asynchronously. However there are still some tweaks Mozilla developers are making to this.

This is a known issue that Mozilla is working very hard to fix. If you are experiencing black webpages on some sites here are some options you can try to avoid the problem in the meantime:

To work around the problem until Firefox developers fix it, try starting Firefox in Safe Mode. If the problem no longer happens in Safe Mode, please turn off Hardware acceleration and then restart Firefox normally.
