[Fx112/113] Result menu rollout (bug 1827904)

    For the record, I see a different menu when I click on the 3-dot button next to a Sponsored item in the address bar autocomplete list. In Firefox 113 Beta it shows a "Dismiss this suggestion" menu item and underneath, "Learn more about Firefox Suggest" which links to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-suggest?as=u&utm_source=inproduct (the "How to customize Firefox Suggest settings" article). Screenshot:

    There's a new Dismissed suggestions option in "Address Bar - Firefox Suggest" settings in Firefox 112:

    The "Learn more" link next to Restore dismissed suggestions from sponsors and the web goes to https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/112.0.2/WINNT/en-US/firefox-suggest ...which is How to customize Firefox Suggest settings (this article).
