For the record, I see a different menu when I click on the 3-dot button next to a Sponsored item in the address bar autocomplete list. In Firefox 113 Beta it shows a "Dismiss this suggestion" menu item and underneath, "Learn more about Firefox Suggest" which links to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-suggest?as=u&utm_source=inproduct (the "How to customize Firefox Suggest settings" article). Screenshot:
