View and disable the extension

1. Click the menu button then go to Settings .
2. Click General.
3. Under When Firefox starts, it will indicate which extension has changed your home page or New Tab page.

   

4. Click Disable Extension to prevent the extension from changing your page again. The page will change back to what you had previously set. To change your home page again, see How to set the home page.

Remove the extension completely

1. Click the menu button then click Add-ons.
2. Click Extensions and look for the extension that made changes to your home page.
3. Click the Remove button next to that extension.
