Pocket is a feature that's built into Firefox. It adds a Pocket button to your address bar, a entry to the Library menu, and a Save To Pocket button
when in Reader View.

Pocket for Firefox
If you prefer not to use it or want to re-enable it:
- Type about:config in the address bar and press EnterReturn.
A warning page may appear. Click to go to the about:config page. - Type pocket in the Search box above the list of preferences.
- Double-clickClick the Toggle button
next to the extensions.pocket.enabled preference to change its state.
Note: Disabling Pocket does not remove Recommended by Pocket entries, if present, on the New Tab page. If you would also like to remove those Pocket recommendations, click the cogwheel at the top right corner of the New Tab page and uncheck . See Customize items on your Firefox New Tab page for more information.
Address bar button for Pocket
To remove the Pocket button from the address bar (shown by default) without disabling it:
- Right-clickHold down the Control key while you click
the Pocket button
(or right-click the button)
- Click on .
Pocket will remain accessible within the Page Actions (three-dot) menu.
To add the Pocket button back to the address bar:
- Click the Page Actions (three-dot) menu button.
- Right-clickHold down the Control key while you click the entry (or right-click the entry)
- Click on .
