Firefox keeps track of the websites you visit in your browsing sessions. To view your browsing history:

  1. Click the Library button 57 library icon in the Firefox toolbar.
  2. Click History.

    • The History drop-down menu includes a Recent History list.
  3. Click the Show All History bar at the bottom of that list to open the Library window.

Tip: it is also possible to perform the same operation quickly using the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + H. Pressing Ctrl + H will open your History in a sidebar.

From the Library window you can search for a particular website you have visited using the Search History field in the top right corner. Double click on a website to open it in a new tab.
You can also sort all visited websites by name, URL or date of last visit by clicking on the column labels.
