Automatically fill in your address on forms

Please update your version of Firefox for the latest features and security updates.

This article describes a feature that will be available in Firefox version 56 and above. This new feature will be rolled out gradually over time, so not all users will see it.

Firefox lets you automatically fill in your address on forms (for example, when you're ordering something online). Follow these steps to manage this feature.

Turn autofill on or off

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options.Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Forms & Passwords section, put a check mark next to Autofill addresses to turn it on, or remove the check mark to turn it off.
We recommend turning this feature on on private computers only.
