When accessing Outlook Web Access with Firefox, the "Premium" interface (which contains the most features) is only available if your email provider is using Outlook 2010 or later (see Microsoft's list of supported browsers). Older versions of Microsoft Outlook Web Access did not fully support Firefox and offered only a "Basic" or "Light" interface for Firefox which was missing features and may have contained bugs.

If your email provider is still using an Outlook Web Access 2007 or earlier, there are no settings to make Firefox run Outlook Web Access in the same way Internet Explorer does. Newer versions of Outlook Web Access include better support for Firefox, so you can suggest that the administrators of the site update to the latest version. As a workaround, Windows users can use Internet Explorer to access Outlook Web Access.

In addition, there may be third-party Firefox extensions that can help you. For more information on searching for and installing extensions, see Find and install add-ons to add features to Firefox.
