Dear Lousalan, which button is inactive or disabled? Is it the menu button:

'''''Add-ons?''''' I don't know whether an extension can disable that feature. You could check whether you have any unknown/unexpected extensions: https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/resoudre-problemes-firefox-extensions-theme#w_daesactiver-toutes-les-extensions '''''Policies or Auto-configuration?''''' A computer administrator could disable private browsing using some files in Firefox's program folder or Windows administration features. Are you using Firefox in a business? These are the articles about how they do it, or someone else could do it: * [[Customizing Firefox Using AutoConfig]] * [[Customizing Firefox Using Group Policy]] * [[Customizing Firefox Using policies.json]]

Does it make a difference if you select another theme via the customize window? *https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars
