My technical career goes back to 1979 when I completed a computer technician course at Control Data Institute. I have since worked for several once large and well known computer manufacturers, all of which were eventually assimilated by other companies. I am currently employed by a large network equipment vendor as a level 2 support engineer and answer calls from customers around the world.
