Zoom file selector thumbnails

The thumbnails keep staying very small and there is literally no option to customize the list display. Very very basic file picker. I checked the link, unfortunately changing widget.use-xdg-desktop-portal.file-picker to 1 or 2 did not sort any effect. And the packages xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-kde are installed. I checked on Chrome and there is the same problem so I guess it's ubuntu related rather than firefox.

Can't download or attach file in Firefox

Post screenshots showing the error. Okay, this one worked: `sudo apt install xdg-desktop-portal-gnome` This was Ubuntu-related problem

Unable to upload or download files: file chooser window does not appear, request ignored

My current version of Firefox is 149.0 (64 bit) Mozilla Firefox for Arch Linux Arch Linux - 1.0 I am running this on two computers, a laptop and a desktop, both running Arch Linux, currently at 6.19.10. I use the laptop much more, and recently noticed that I cannot upload or download files with Firefox. No file selection window opens and the request is simply ignored. Nothing appears in my Downloads folder. Meanwhile, I also noticed that this function works just fine on the desktop computer. I don't remember making any settings changes. I do have popups generally disabled but can enable them for certain sites.

"save image as" behaviour in dialogue window

That's very kind of you - thank you. I've installed a base Debian 12 with KDE, that one by default ships by defaults, so it uses the GTK file save window. This works the same as my daily Fedora computer, but it's irrelevant for you. I've also activated the KDE desktop portal (xdg-desktop-portal-kde package), so Firefox used that dialog. The sorting still works as expected. So based on this information, I suggest reporting this behaviour to MX Linux's bug tracker, it may be distro related.

Also try a different version of Firefox'''(Beta, Dev, or Nightly)'''and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/

Drag and Drop stopped working in Firefox v129.0.1 for Linux

I upgraded my version of Firefox from an ESR version to v129.0.1 on Debian 12. Drag and drop of files from the desktop or the file manager (PCManFM-Qt) into the browser stopped working. It is still working properly in Chrome. This occurs with several web apps but, as an example, it occurs when trying to drag a jpeg into Roundcube Webmail while composing a message. No browser console errors are genrated when trying to do this. It occurs in Troubleshooting (safe) mode as well. In apps that pop-up a "Drag files here" target, that target still appears but dropping the file on it does nothing.
