I am no longer able to open in Mac Preview or save when hitting Command + P, then 'print using system dialog'. It will only print instead. For instance, I save certain web pages as PDFs using the print dialog and now it will only print when trying to use either the save or preview options. Command + P, print using system dialog, then I choose either save as PDF or open in Mac Preview, but as soon as I do one of these it will only print. I am able to use save in the drop-down list of printers, but I need to be able to open in Mac Preview.

I lost all of my bookmarks and saved passwords with the latest update. How can I revert back to my old version so I can at least save them to a file to be imported?

When manually refreshing an account, new messages do not appear automatically; you must scroll down to see them.

This is a regression from a previous fix in a version of K9 from a few years ago I believe.

Until recently the folder pane could be sized or hidden via the double-headed arrowed cursor. Shortly after the 151.0.1 update this stopped working. All suggested solutions have not worked. A full uninstall (Revo Uninstall) and completely new profile has not fixed the problem. Folder pane only responds to the menu setting and is only Open/close but no sizing.

I wish to add email identity deborahstpeter1@gmail.com to my account keweston82@gmail.com. Deborah is in a nursing home and as Power of Attorney I handle all her financial affairs on line. I had to replace my old computer which included Deborah's email in my Thunderbird email account but I've been unsuccessful getting her added to my new computer. I'm 83 years old and operating my old computer, which is where Mozilla's responses are going, and my new computer from which I'm communicating with Mozilla, plus two different mouses, I'm making a lot of mistakes i.e. click a computer scream with the wrong mouse. I have a Dell Desktop with 64GB Memory, Windows 11, Intel Core i7-7700 @ 3.60 GHz, 1TB ssd, and two additional drives. On a new installation of Thunderbird 152.0, I get "System Integration" (Not Responding)" window. The only option is to exit. What can I check to correct this. I have uninstalled and deleted the install file multiple times with the same result. Thank you.

Whenever I try to full screen in any streaming websites, it's not full screen at all. There is a little bit of space in the left-side and top-side of the screen where the other windows or applications I have can be seen (or my desktop if nothing else is open). This is not happening to other browsers. Can you please help me to fix this?

When I opened Firefox this morning, it downed the newest version.

Since then it becomes nearly impossible to use, locking up after a few minutes.

Are you aware? Is this being fixed? Can I go back one version? I used Windows 10, is that the issue?

I have a firefox account and I sync it to at least two devices. Now I need to change some settings. When I select the change, a prompt appears, asking for a confirmation code as expected. But I never receive a code on my e-mail. I tied many times, over the last days. I checked spam repeatedly. I added accounts@firefox.com to my contacts. What could be the problem? What can I try?

Please show me the settings relating to my connection to triodos.co.uk. I need to remove the digit 9 which appears by default on the login page.

My Home page is a local HTML file featuring a CSS-based tabbed notebook holding links organized into various categories. When exiting FF, I always have this page as the active browser tab, so that on start-up it's still the active one in the event of multiple open browser tabs.

Until v151.0.4 (and still now with v152.0), if I exited FF with the active notebook tab (actually a styled radio button under the hood) in my CSS tabbed notebook something other than the first/leftmost tab, FF would restart with that being the active tab, but after a few seconds of CPU activity as the browser initialized the active notebook tab would switch to the first/leftmost one. (In my HTML I also have <input type="radio" name="tabs" checked> specified for this first/leftmost instance.)

Since the update, however, it remains stuck on the one from the last browser session as first displayed. I suppose I can live with this, but I do wonder what accounts for the change in behavior. If it's by design, where is it documented? If not ... maybe it calls for a bug report.

I have thunderbird and fastmail is the donor email app I am trying to delete all or most of this email in fastmail using thunderbird and saving or archiving this mail to a separate volume I am using a M4 mac mini.

Please ask Thunderbird to stop making a tab on my taskbar every time I open an email. I have to close each one individually, and I never asked for these to be shown, and I don't need them shown. This is a tedious extra chore. I already have access to emails that I receive in my in box. It shows the history. I don't need any other index to them. Do you know how to stop making any other such tab or index? If not, please pass this on, and please don't say that you can't pass on this request. Someone decided to make these tabs show up on my screen and task bar, and to require me to close them by clicking on each little red X mark. I should be able to make contact with whoever makes these decisions and writes these programs, and to provide feedback and suggestions to them.

I can sign in with my google account, but when I come to the installation window with Pop3 and SMTP another password is requested. I don't know which, and there's no possibilty to get a new. Please help Jens

I am on Firefox 152.0 (64-bit).

When I view a pdf in Firefox it looks centered like a normal page.

When I send it to print from there, it left justify the pages. I have tried changing the Scale, Margins. The paper size is Letter 8.5" x 11". I have 2 different Canon printers (laserjet and inkjet) and no difference.

If I download it and open it with Microsoft Edge and send it to print, it prints centered like a normal page.

I have tried to search articles on this topic. They were all very old. Some says to make changes in about:config in the address line. I tried a couple. Yet no difference.

When starting firefox I had 5 windows open. After a MAC notebook restart, I tried to open firefox and then the five pages showed to disapear when I clicked on one - nothing can be seen. On the firefox icon I cannot do anything other than look at "About firefox" to learn that it is up to date. I have no idea what to do to get it started again ... thank you so much for any guidance here

Does anybody knows why or how this happened? Thunderbird has worked just fine since the May 1. My internet connection works well. Has anybody had this problem before?
