When browsing go to certain websites there is an issue whereby the browser is trying to download the webpage:

EG: 

 Please follow the following link on an android device using the latest version of Firefox: www.hoopers.co.za.

This bug seems to be replicated on multiple android devices using Firefox for the site in question mentioned above, your help would be highly appreciated in relation to this current issue.

Those pages are send as Content-Type: application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml; charset=utf-8 if I switch to a mobile user agent.

You could consider to spoof the user agent.
