I downloaded firefox browser onto my chromebook laptop computer then I clicked on the box saying "download complete." Then another pops up saying "this file is not supported. Please go to chrome web store and find one there that can open this file." So which app/file in chrome web store will help me get firefox on this chromebook laptop computer permanently. I've already downloaded firefox on this computer at least a dozen times and I get the same result. NOTHING in return.

No, it did not solve my problem with changing browsers. Simple isn't what you do to help an older gentleman in accomplishing a SIMPLE task like exchanging chrome browser to the newest version of Firefox'x browser on my chromebook.
