Template cleanup

Out of 97 templates currently present in the KB, there are a couple totally obsolete. Of course they don't harm anybody with their existence, but they're useless and just making mess (plus, I often see the localisers of less active locales translate templates, including these, first).
Firefox Hello is dead since 2016 and all Hello-related articles (except the one announcing EOL) are already archived. So should be the templates:
Same goes for Persona:
Even more ancient are the pre-fx29 Sync templates:
A bit more recently discontinued was Plugin Check, but the template is no longer used anywhere:
If we check Thunderbird, we find this antediluvian relic from the old site design:
I haven't seen this template to prove useful since I joined SUMO in 2013:
And there are some more that could maybe go away:

Firefox Hello is [[Support for Hello discontinued in Firefox 49|dead since 2016]] and all Hello-related articles (except the one announcing EOL) are already archived. So should be the templates:

And there are some more that could maybe go away:
*[https://support.mozilla.org/kb/templateupdate-fx-desktop Template:update fx desktop] and [https://support.mozilla.org/kb/templatenewfeatureupdate Template:newfeatureupdate] are basically duplicates;
*[https://support.mozilla.org/kb/templateapplytofx Template:ApplytoFx] is replaceable with other "update (beta)" templates. Still used in 4 maintained articles but can be removed everywhere (the newest use is '''for not fx24''');
*[https://support.mozilla.org/kb/templatefx29menu Template:fx29menu] - only used in [[Tracking Protection|1]] maintained article - update or archive!
*[https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/templateupdateproblems Template:UpdateProblems] - old thing used in only 1 article.

Hi Lan,
I agree that we need to clean up these templates and your suggestions sound good to me.
I encourage you and anyone else who wants to get involved to tackle the cleanup. If you have questions, please post to this discussion or contact me directly by email or Slack.

Template:helloeol went into retirement. How about others? Any other thoughts? I cannot do anything myself, because I don't have KB reviewer rights.
