We are now blogging to ask users to test Window 10 on Firefox Beta.
Are we now going to have to be prepared to fully support users on the beta channel.

Help Test Firefox Beta on Windows 10 We wanted to make sure that Firefox showed up on Windows 10 as a first-class experience, so we’ve made a lot of subtle tweaks to the look and feel that both sit well in the Windows 10 context and are definitively Firefox. We’re taking visual cues from style changes appearing in Windows 10 and we’re also reducing the overall browser UI footprint to increase space for viewing the Web. Download Firefox Beta now to help test out these updates or watch out for them coming soon in the general release of Firefox!Of course we don't really support users using multiple profiles. Or explain any of the downsides of becoming a beta tester.
I will cross post this into the KB forum.
Ordinarily we may be likely
- To tell users Beta is not really for ordinary users, they should be on the Release.
- Not have KB articles for Beta users.
- Advise a separate profile would be a good practice, but again not have a proper KB article about this.
- We do have articles for Aurora|Developer edition, but that had the default install options changed when it was rebranded.
