We have a new issue (presumably caused by the update) when Google displays CAPTCHA to users who are not signed in (?). It should be enough to pass it once though, and it will not show up again until the cookies are cleared. While the issue is investigated, let's just collect the questions here:

A new issue: ChatGPT is being unresponsive/unusable. See bug 2010712.
The issue is related to the compression dictionary support, introduced in Firefox 147, and currently, there are two good workarounds:
Set network.http.dictionaries.enable to false.
Enable "Install and run studies". The reason this works is that the pref has already been set to false via a study (because of bug 2009774), but if you have studies disabled, you will never receive this "fix".
Meanwhile, the developers are working on a fix, and I'll post an update once we have more info. It's likely that a dot release is issued, disabling the pref at the code-base level (see bug 2010739).
PS If someone has free time and inspiration to update the wiki page, you're welcome :D

Is this blank New Tab page only appearing now that you've updated to 147.0.3?
Have you recently manually moved the profile you're using to a new device using folder copying?
Do you have errors in the Browser Console (Ctrl+Shift+J or open from the menu) about SQLite not being able to connect to the ProfilesDatastoreService?
If the answers to the above questions are positive, you might be able to resolve the issue by visiting about:config, finding the toolkit.profiles.storeID preference, clearing it and then restarting the browser. Does that work for you?
If you the value of the mentioned pref doesn't change (and persists upon browser restart), please do the following:
Go to about:support and click Open Folder next to Profile Folder.
Go one directory above the Profiles directory, to the Firefox folder.
Check if there's a folder named Profile Groups (exactly like that). If not, create it.
Restart the browser. Does the issue persist?
(The last point is optional, feel free to use it as a follow-up)
