Temporary KB dashboard

  1. Hi folks,

We recognized that the KB dashboard in Kitsune is broken recently after the migration from GA to GA4. While the team is figuring out this issue, we've created this temporary dashboard for you to check on KB statistics. Thanks to Ryan Johnson for letting me fork his original dashboard so we can make this available for you all.

The dashboard is connected directly to GA4, so this will you give the most updated data. This also can be used for locale groups since you can filter based on locale & topic. The default date-range is the last 30 days, but you can modify this as you wish from the date control.

If you have feedback on how to make this dashboard more useful for you, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Cheers, Kiki

Sorry, there was an error with the formatting. But that should be fixed by now.

The Unreviewed Changes list is also fixed, with Most Viewed articles showing realistic numbers now: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/unreviewed

Articles with pending revisions need to be reviewed on a timely basis. The top articles (over 100,000 visits per month; 5,000 per month for Android) should be a priority but unreviewed changes should be approved or deferred within a week or so, as I read the Article review and approval guidelines: (quote) Recent revisions for en-US and Unreviewed changes will be reviewed at least three times per week by staff and reviewers. Pending revisions should be approved or deferred without needing to be contacted. If there isn't a critical reason for immediate approval, a reasonable amount of time (seven days or more) should pass before an editor should contact staff or another reviewer, if staff approval is not needed.

I have a Sep 30, 2024 revision pending to make it more clear that these guidelines apply to all (not just free) products and to contributors and staff alike. My pending changes are shown here.
