Starting in Firefox 64, Live Bookmarks and the built-in RSS reader are going away. I've put up an article at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/rss-feeder-replacements but we've hidden it from search.
We are gathering information for a frequently asked questions or concerns page. Having the feed replaced with HREF is not useful; the feed needs to be replaced with FEEDURL.

Has anyone seen the conversion for live bookmarks yet? For example, a bookmark export shows:

Sorry for the confusion, that was just my exploration of what the data looks like in Firefox 61. I don't think code for the conversion has been checked in yet, it's an open bug here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1477672
