SUMO community discussions

For Firefox 62 Desktop, what should SUMO report to Firefox Desktop Engineering, Product Management and Product Marketing?

  1. Hi folks:

    For Firefox 62 Desktop (we'll do Fennec and other Android products later TBD) , what should we in SUMO report to Firefox Desktop Engineering, Product Management and Product Marketing?

    Here's the current informal reports:

    I've spoken with product management and what I currently think they want (TBD):

    • top 10 support issues for that release (or at least the first 3 or 4 weeks when all the bugs are found)
    • breakdown by top 10 languages (languages other than German and English to be defined by product management)
    • some sort (TBD) of Google Analytics Report for top KB articles
    • an executive summary of the above for the Mozilla Board

    Anything else we in SUMO should report about Firefox 62 Desktop for the first 3 weeks of the release?

  2. I think that this is going to be a fabulous way to show off the Community impact on how we help and support users.

    I would highly recommend also posting in the 62 release threads with any trending issues or creating a new thread to track any impact of trending issues in both Twitter and the forums.

    I will post the links to those cross references threads here, or find them stickied to the top of the forum.
