Have we ever been over 50% Solved questions before?

  2. Looking over the KPI Dashboard for Questions solved, I couldn't find anything over a 50% solved rate in the past.

    Speaking of the KPI Dashboard, I'm wondering if Lithium metrics will be available to contributors or only to admin. I posted that question in the "Help us migrate SUMO" thread, here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/712103?last=71258&page=6#post-71258

  4. That looks good, but unfortunately is a bit of an outlier. Overall in 2016 the number of questions asked trended down but so did the number and percentage solved.

    It is also worth noting the vast majority of questions fall in to one of two categories on the interactive KPI graph "Other" or "Fix Problems" neither of which are helpful descriptions. I wonder if Lithium will do better?
