New Flash causing unresponsive plugin errors or crashes?

  5. Hmm, two users reported in the Adobe forum thread that switching from the 32-bit Windows version of Firefox to the 64-bit Windows version solved this very odd problem. However, I'm not sure whether to recommend that to the average user without some clue about why it helps.
