Firefox 42 / Fall Campaign common issues and replies

    Hi everybody,

    As most of you know there is a big campaign happening around Firefox 42 release with loads of new exciting features being released.

    As we are expecting a large number of incoming support requests we have put together a list of common issues and replies for quick access. This list covers possible issues for most of the new features as well PR approved responses for the more sensitive questions that are not necessarily support related (such as "Why does Mozilla block tracking but also use it on your own websites?").

    Please check it when you have a moment and let me know if you have any feedback. We'll continue updating this list during the week with the most common questions that we notice in the forums or on social media. So if you see some issue appearing over and over again please us me know so that we can create common responses for it and also update this list.

    Your pardon, but I see a lot of "See Article," but no links to them.
