Buttons not working on the support site

    The buttons for "Question Tools", "Question Details", and "Tags" do not do anything when I click on them. They were working a few days ago. What is going on with the thread pages to cause that? I tried them with both SeaMonkey and Firefox. They work with Safari.

    It is possible that some of the JavaScript files in the cache are corrupted.

    You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

    • Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
    • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
    • Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

    Note that the state of those buttons is stored in DOM storage (localStorage)

    There's already a bug filed on that:

    Bug 1060804 - Links aren't clickable when geo.mozilla.org is blocked - is now fixed.

    I landed a code change here: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/35f80a765fe97f87703e95296d36afd3b636754f

    This change should make it so the site remains usuable even if the geoip data is blocked.

    I'm going to close this as fixed now, but if it is still a problem, please reopen.
