Surveys & Rewording
I understood the tests were mainly aimed at contributors. Many contributors will understand what the content is regardless of whatever the wording is. Are you not going to run tests using all users at some stage?
Bram gave the example of exporting data to IE and proposed rewording so it is titled exporting bookmarks. Ok maybe that works,
What about any importing data from IE article Import Bookmarks and other data from Microsoft Edge
- that is more than bookmarks,
- Will IE users recognise bookmarks instead of favourites, and so know to look in the bookmarks category
- And would the primary location be better under installing Firefox or customising Firefox.
Detailed discussion is probably better in another thread, but opening the comment here allows it to be read in context with the video.
The link to the test, unpaid! but no need to complete it in full, for anyone who has not seen it https://mozilla.optimalworkshop.com/optimalsort/sumo-kb-internal-test
If articles are reworded it will be interesting to see, is it the title alone that is to be changed or is the content being modified.

bug 692502 - Warn localizers when an en-US article has been renamed needs to be fixed before if you want to help all users, not only English speaking users. For those who don't get emailed, there should be a Renamed Articles section in the localization dashboard.

Mixing up Personas, Sync, and Browser ID
Are you aware renaming of both Browse ID and Personas is apparently being proposed, with browser ID being known in future as Persona: see my post Personas & Browser ID change of meaning /forums/knowledge-base-articles/708184

That is correct. BrowserID is changing into Mozilla Persona (note the singular word), and Personas is going to be renamed.
Personally, I am worried that search engines will confuse the two, and Personas/themes is part of the “what’s the difference between add-ons, plugins and extensions” problem that we’re trying to solve in the new information architecture.

Actually it'll be "Persona ID" with Persona being a larger collection of features and ID being the browser ID component. Though Dan didn't quite make that clear in that blog post:
Today we’d like to introduce Mozilla Persona, our new name for the complete Identity offering from Mozilla: a collection of components and experiences...

So a thought; while things are in the early stages; if it were to become PersonaID as a none dictionary word (no space or hyphen) would that make things easier for searches, including external searches & indexing ?
In fact it looks like PersonaID even hits our bug about it, and shows the bug title as including PersonaID despite text within the bug referring to Persona ID. This situation seems more confusing the more I look at it.

Once the use of the word is established maybe I would expect Google searches to adapt and be able to establish PersonaID as a new and fairly unique search term. I suspect such a change could make it easier for us ourself and customising Elastic Search
