Yahoo! Toolbar is causing problems covering the top of the browser window and making links not clickable

   Yesterday I noticed a lot of threads where the top area of the browser window wasn't clickable.

   Seems to be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar covering that part of the window.

   Cheng, can we look into this? Maybe it was caused by a recent Yahoo-Update? People would generally not know since those updates happen in the background.
